Tim began his real estate career in 2018 working in both residential and agricultural markets. With a longstanding appreciation for country living and the farming community, Tim made the decision in 2025 to focus exclusively on agricultural real estate and joined Just Farms Realty.
Before entering real estate, Tim spent more than 26 years with a major Canadian financial institution, where he built a strong foundation in leadership, client service, and relationship management. His background as a people manager and customer service specialist translates seamlessly into his real estate practice, enabling him to provide thoughtful, professional guidance throughout every transaction.
A resident of Ilderton, Ontario since 1999, Tim remains deeply connected to rural life. Outside of work, he enjoys driving the back roads in his restored 1954 Mercury M100 pickup, taking in Ontario’s farmland.
