Cooper Farms acquires former JES plant in Celina, Ohio

Cooper Farms has announced its acquisition of the former JES plant, located at 1800 Industrial Drive in Celina, marking another step in the company’s continued growth and commitment to value-added food production.

The 28,000 square-foot facility, situated on 8.85 acres, will serve as a value-added further processing plant, with future capabilities extending beyond meat processing. Renovation work has already begun as Cooper Farms prepares the Celina Processing Plant for operations.

The company anticipates renovations to be complete and production to begin in the spring of 2027.
