Deere Dealers Greenvalley Equipment and Enns Brothers Merge

Greenvalley Equipment and Enns Brothers, two John Deere dealers serving Manitoba, announced plans to combine operations, creating a larger dealership network aimed at strengthening service across the province.

Greenvalley Equipment, part of the Agri Western Dealer Group, and Enns Brothers believe the planned combination will unite two, long-established organizations, according to a Jan. 19 Greenvalley release. The move aims to improve customer service, expand employee opportunities and support long-term investment in modern agricultural solutions.

The combined organization plans to offer customers broader access to John Deere equipment, precision agriculture technology and complementary solutions, according to the release. The partnership will also provide real-time visibility into a larger shared parts inventory, helping reduce downtime, and increase service capacity through a larger team of certified technicians and precision specialists.
