Derek Stimson Holdings Ltd. Acquires Majority Interest in Alberta Ag Centre

Derek Stimson Holdings Ltd. announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the majority ownership interest in Alberta Ag Centre, a leading dealership representing the full line of CLAAS agricultural equipment.
