Michele Lewandowski Joins MAC as Newest Advisor

Management Advisory Council (MAC) has announced Michele Lewandowski as its newest advisor, adding an experienced dealership operator and management consultant to its team. In her new role, Lewandowski will co-lead the MAC New Holland East PDG, where she will work directly with dealers in that region.

Lewandowski is widely known in the equipment industry for her leadership at Farmer's Implement and Irrigation, where she helped scale the business and later guided its sale to Titan Machinery. She also brings a background in management consulting to the role.

Her involvement with MAC predates this new position. Lewandowski has been a member of the MAC Mixed Brands Profit Discussion Group since 2013 and worked alongside New Holland dealers across North America, offering the council a deep understanding of the New Holland brand and its dealer network.

MAC works with equipment dealers across North America through a network of profit discussion groups, offering peer benchmarking, performance analysis, and strategic guidance. The organization serves dealers across multiple brands and segments of the equipment industry.
