NAEDA Expands Dealer Development Team to Enhance Regional Dealer Support

The North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) is proud to announce the addition of three new Dealer Development Managers (DDMs), expanding its capacity to serve equipment dealers across North America.

Josh Whittaker – Pacific Northwest & West Coast

Josh grew up in Whitefish, MT, and later moved to Coeur d’Alene, ID, where he has lived since attending North Idaho College to play baseball in 1993. A devoted father to two adult children, Josh enjoys weekends at his cabin on the St. Joe River and is passionate about coaching, hunting, fishing, and golfing. With 30 years in sales and sales management—including 18 years developing territories in the OPE industry with OEMs such as Toro, Giant, and Ventrac—Josh brings a strong background in territory growth and dealer relationship development.

Jared Godfrey – Central Midwest through Texas

Jared is a purpose-driven agricultural leader with over 17 years of cross-functional experience who thrives on turning challenges into growth opportunities. Known for his servant-leadership style, he has empowered dealers, growers, and global teams by building deep relationships, uncovering root causes, and guiding collaborative strategies that unlock potential. From driving a 118% revenue increase in his OEM rep territory to supporting digital agriculture platforms with CNH and Climate FieldView™, Jared’s career reflects a passion for innovation, people development, and sustainable growth.
