A new partnership with Industrial Machine Inc. (IMI), a well-established distributor serving municipal and contractor customers across Western Canada has been announced by visorPRO, an Artificial Intelligence (AI)I-powered service assistant for heavy equipment dealerships. This collaboration, according to an April 22 news release detailing the partnership, marks visorPRO’s expansion into a broader set of equipment applications, demonstrating the flexibility and impact of its technology across new verticals.

Industrial Machine is known for delivering best-in-class solutions for public works and commercial customers, from snow and ice equipment to street sweepers and brush mowers. As their equipment portfolio has grown more diverse, so too has the complexity of supporting that fleet through service. This, according to the statement, is where visorPRO’s AI assistant, Vi, steps in, offering real-time answers to technical inquiries, streamlining service workflows, and enabling faster, more confident decision-making. IMI is a third-generation, family-owned heavy equipment distributor based in Acheson, Alberta, just outside of Edmonton. Serving municipalities and contractors throughout Western Canada, IMI offers a wide range of equipment for snow and ice control, road maintenance, vegetation management, and more.

“This partnership is an exciting milestone for visorPRO as we move into a new market segment,” said Robert Saik, CEO of visorPRO. “It demonstrates that no matter the equipment lineup, Vi delivers measurable value by reducing service inefficiencies, improving technician performance, and ultimately supporting business growth. Industrial Machine proves that our solution is not limited to agriculture or construction — it’s about making any service department smarter.”
