SurePoint Ag Systems Launches New Products

SurePoint Ag Systems recently announced the launch of its new line of Planting and Seeding Systems, designed to upgrade and enhance the performance of row crop planters. With cutting-edge technology that leads the industry in features, field performance, and durability, SurePoint’s latest solutions promise to elevate the planting experience for farmers everywhere.

At the forefront of this innovative line is the RFX™ Row Unit Suspension solution. This system features a patented hydraulic accumulator that provides cushioned suspension resulting in a smoother more consistent ride increasing life of row unit wear parts, when compared to down force systems that do not have an integrated accumulator. Additionally, RFX provides the ability to lift the row unit, what is referred to as uplift control. In addition to using uplift control for removing weight from the gauge wheel in soft or wet conditions, uplift control is essential for allowing the row unit suspension dynamic to occur - “ride on the accumulator”. This unique combination allows for quick responses to dynamic field conditions, setting the RFX apart from competitors. The system uses a two-valve design for adding and relieving pressure. This eliminates plugging and overheating when compared with systems that use a single spool-type valve. A new robust load pin enhances the strength of the signal output resulting in significantly increased reliability. RFX™ is the only down force system available with ISOBUS VT integration with existing in-cab displays.

SurePoint is also excited to introduce the MVX™ Electric Drive Seed Meter, which can upgrade existing row units to utilize precision vacuum seed meters and ISOBUS controls. The MVX features stainless steel seed plates, cast aluminum construction, and a one-piece agitator and seed singulator made from brass to reduce static electricity. With Smart Access mini-hoppers and quick-service capabilities, including a quick-remove seed tube and quick empty meter trap, the MVX ensures effortless maintenance and service.
