WB Global Services Expands Through Strategic Partnership with Mackayben

WB Global Services, an off-highway consulting firm headquartered in Scottsbluff, Neb., announces the opening of an office in Lexington, Ky. This expansion is facilitated through a strategic partnership with Russ Green, founder of MACKAYBEN LLC, a transitional leadership network that specializes in developing leaders in the agriculture and food systems sectors.

Through this partnership, WB Global Services and MACKAYBEN LLC will collaborate on joint consulting projects, leadership development institutes, and dealer engagement strategies throughout North America, according to a Sept. 15 joint news release. The Lexington office will also serve as a hub for client engagement sessions, ag innovation roundtables, and leadership training programs.

The focus of this new alliance will be the development of a digital Learning Management System labeled the 246 Leadership Academy. The story behind the 246 LA brand is intentional. This LMS will contain multiple leadership lessons for the 20-year-old entering the workplace, the 40-year-old assuming their first supervisory or mentorship role, and the 60-year-old who could be in a transitional phase, passing the leadership of their business to the next generation. WBGS is collaborating with 2 Midwest universities in the development of this LMS.
