Foodland Ontario launches searchable online map and directory

Foodland Ontario has launched a searchable map and directory on its website – Finding Local -- to help consumers discover local businesses that sell Ontario food. The current map features data from retail grocery stores, farmers’ markets, and approximately 450 businesses that partner with Foodland Ontario. 

Once confirmation is received from logoholders, those listings will be updated on a regular basis. In addition, Foodland Ontario is working with partners such as Agritourism Ontario (on-farm markets), Culinary Tourism Alliance (Feast On® restaurants), and Meat and Poultry Ontario (butcher shops) for more listings.

Local Food Week is happening from June 2–8, 2025. The week is an opportunity to celebrate and promote Ontario farmers while also recognizing the important role of food processors, restaurants, retail, and others across the local food supply chain. Use Ontario #loveONfood across your social media networks.

Foodland Ontario’s Seasonal Sampling Program is underway, creating a consumer experience that embraces, educates and celebrates in-season Ontario products. More than 300 are booked for Local Food Week and the spring/summer season.
