Implications Of New Wheat Classes

August 1 brought in changes in the grain industry, with the new Canada Northern Hard Red and Canada Western Special Purpose wheat classes coming into effect. I caught up with Brian Kennedy, grower relations coordinator with the Alberta Wheat Commission, at last week’s Lacombe Field Day, to talk about implications for wheat growers.
