Mental health survey deadline extended to May 31

The deadline for the 3rd National Survey of Farmer and Rancher Mental Health in Canada has been extended to May 31, 2026.

University of Guelph researchers explain that the goal of this confidential survey is to investigate the relationships between stress and resilience, and to gather important information about the mental health of farmers and ranchers in Canada.

With planting and fieldwork picking up, growers agricultural workers face long days and high stress. The Farmer Wellness Initiative provides free, confidential mental health support for farmers, farm families, and agricultural workers.
