Michigan's New Earned Sick Time Act: What Farmers Need to Know

The Earned Sick Leave Act will become law in Michigan on February 21, 2025. This law revamps the paid sick leave requirements for all Michigan employers, regardless of size. It has important implications for Michigan farmers.
