NAEDA & NEDA Members Vote in Favor of Merger

Kansas City, Mo. — The joint membership of the North American Equipment Dealers Assn. (NAEDA) and the Northeast Equipment Dealers Assn. (NEDA) have voted overwhelmingly in favor of moving forward with a merger of these two associations. It is anticipated that the merger will be consummated in October 2024.

The last few years have seen a number of mergers in the dealer association space. In 2022, NAEDA was formed through the merger of the Equipment Dealers Assn., Midwest-SouthEastern Equipment Dealers Assn., the United Equipment Dealers Assn. and the Western Equipment Dealers Assn. (WEDA).

His research focuses on food distribution, food policy, food safety, food security, and traceability. Dr. Charlebois has written four books and more than 500 peer-reviewed and scientific articles. He holds a BComm from the Royal Military College, an MBA from UQAM, and a DBA from the University of Sherbrooke.
