Prime Minister Carney Announces Cabinet

Prime Minister Mark Carney announced his cabinet, which includes a combination of returning and new faces, this week at Rideau Hall.

The Prime Minister appointed Heath MacDonald, former Prince Edward Island tourism executive and business owner, and former PEI MLA, to the role of Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Minister MacDonald also served for a short time as PEI’s Finance Minister.

In response to the announcement, BFO  sent a letter of congratulations to Minister MacDonald.
