The St. Norbert Farmers' Market is now open for the season.
Manitoba's largest outdoor farmers' market got underway May 16, its earliest opening day ever.
Executive Director Marilyn Firth says that the Winnipeg-market only features products that are made in Manitoba.
She explains what's new at the market this year.
"We always have some new vendors coming through, different kinds of products coming in. We have rabbit this year, which is kind of exciting, we haven't had rabitt at the market before. In terms of events we have some fun stuff going on this season. We're going to have yoga on the grass every couple of weeks, that starts in June and we're going to have a giant vegetable contest in the fall.
