USDA Weekly Crop Report: 70% of U.S. Corn , 66% of Soybeans Good to Excellent

The latest USDA Crop Progress report shows mostly steady field conditions with some week-over-week declines, as summer heat begins to influence regional development.

Corn condition ratings dipped slightly, with 70% of the crop now rated good to excellent, down 2 points from the previous week. Emergence reached 97%, and 4% of the crop is silking.

Soybeans remain stable at 66% good to excellent. Planting is nearly complete at 96%, with 90% emerged and 8% blooming.
