Leading up to Vietstock 2026, the livestock roadshow series, organised by the Vietstock Organiser in collaboration with industry partners, was successfully held across three key livestock-producing provinces: Bac Ninh, Dong Thap, and Ho Chi Minh City (Binh Duong). With topics closely aligned with real-world production needs, the roadshow series provided a platform for sharing knowledge, experience, and practical solutions, while strengthening connections among experts, businesses, livestock producers, and solution providers. Through these engagements, the programme enabled the industry community to identify emerging trends, foster collaboration, and explore practical solutions for the efficient and sustainable development of Vietnam’s livestock industry.
The roadshow series brought together more than 20 speakers, including experienced industry experts, policymakers, and business representatives, along with more than 1,050 industry professionals. The strong participation of the livestock community created a dynamic platform for multi-dimensional discussions, connecting real-world needs with technological, technical, and business solutions, while contributing to stronger collaboration and shaping the future direction of the industry.
Driving Technology Adoption and Optimising Pig Production
In Bac Ninh, the swine roadshow focused on the topic “Applying Technologies to Optimise Cost and Improve Productivity in Swine Farming”, attracting more than 400 industry professionals, including businesses, farms, livestock producers, and stakeholders across the value chain. As one of the key pig-producing regions in Northern Vietnam, Bac Ninh provided a dynamic platform for industry connections, where participants shared experiences and explored practical solutions in technology adoption, herd management, disease control, and production cost optimisation. The roadshow contributed to strengthening industry connections while supporting livestock producers in improving efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness as the industry undergoes rapid transformation.
