Vive Crop Protection adds two Regional Sales Managers to support growth

Toronto, ON - Julia Engler recently joined Vive Crop Protection in the newly-created position of Eastern Regional Sales Manager and Vicki Dekkers was promoted to Central Regional Sales Manager. Both bring significant sales background in the corn, soybean, sugarbeet and potato industries, working with farmers, retailers and distribution.

Julia Engler is located in Wisconsin and will focus on increasing awareness of the benefits of AZteroid FC 3.3 fungicide and Bifender FC 3.1 insecticide in corn. Vicki Dekkers is located in Minnesota and will focus mainly on AZteroid FC 3.3 in sugarbeet and rotational crops. Both will be introducing three new fertilizer-compatible products for use in 2019: a fungicide, insecticide and nematicide.

After earning her MBA from Edgewood College in Madison, WI, Julia has spent most of her sales career with prominent crop protection and seed companies and developed a specialty in launching and growing new technology, where she has excelled for over 15 years.

Vicki received her B.S. degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and succeeded in various sales and agronomy positions with leading crop protection and distribution companies. She launched other ground-breaking technology into the sugarbeet market prior to successfully introducing AZteroid FC in 2016.

Tony Zatylny, VP Sales and Marketing at Vive Crop Protection says, “Both Julia and Vicki have experience launching new products and technology, which will certainly be valuable as Vive launches five new products for 2019. All of the products contain Vive’s patented Allosperse Delivery System - a new way for farmers to get excellent performance and efficiency from their fertilizer, fungicide and insecticide applications.”

Julia Engler comments, “Vive is an exciting new company with products that control pests at the same time as the farmer is applying fertilizer. These products are so easy to use, in a way that wasn’t possible before and can really help farmers increase yields without any extra hassle or equipment.”

Vicki Dekker adds, “The adoption of AZteroid FC in the Red River Valley has been tremendous. I always say that if a farmer can plant, he or she can get their fungicide or insecticide down and protect those seedlings right from the start. Vive products are just that easy to use.”

Dekkers and Engler are supported by David Pratt as Technical Sales Associate, located in Vassar, MI.
