Neither manufacturer has confirmed entry into the pickup truck market
More fake images of pickup trucks from ag equipment manufacturers have emerged.
Multiple websites preview pickup trucks from New Holland and Caterpillar.
New Holland’s truck and its signature blue paint “marks a bold entry into the global pickup segment, combining agricultural-grade toughness with modern design, smart technology, and everyday usability,” one article says.
Many of the descriptions of the 2026 truck’s features are vague.
The truck is apparently designed with fuel efficiency in mind, but no specific miles or kilometres per gallon/litre is listed.
The vehicle is “expected to offer powerful diesel and turbocharged gasoline engine options,” but there’s no horsepower ranges mentioned.
A price range is listed though.
Buyers can expect to spend between $35,000 and $45,000 on the vehicle.
“Positioned as a rugged yet modern alternative to traditional pickups, it targets farmers, contractors, and buyers looking for a durable lifestyle truck,” the preview says.
New Holland hasn’t confirmed any pickup truck manufacturing plans.
When it comes to Caterpillar’s apparent truck, its paint colour sticks out.
While most equipment in Caterpillar’s lineup is yellow, the pickup truck features a light green coat.

“Caterpillar’s design philosophy emphasizes durability, strength, and reliability. This pickup is built for demanding tasks and tough environments,” the article says.
Like New Holland’s truck, specifics about Caterpillar’s vehicle are hard to come by.
It is, however expected to “offer strong engine options with high torque output.”
No pricing is listed in the preview.
But potential buyers can expect the price to complement the truck’s capabilities.
“Pricing is expected to reflect its industrial-grade build and advanced features,” the preview says.
Caterpillar hasn’t confirmed any plans to manufacture pickup trucks.
This is the third instance of fake pickup trucks from ag equipment manufacturers in 2026.
In January, photos of an apparent truck from John Deere started to gain traction online.
