The 2016 Deutz-Fahr sold for more than US$93,000

A farm tractor noted for its appearance on a popular TV show sold at an auction featured on that show’s current season.

The 350 hp 2016 Deutz-Fahr 9340 TTV with 3,180 hours Jeremy Clarkson used at his Diddly Squat farm sold for £70,500 (US$93,074) after 62 bids during a Cheffins auction featured in the fifth season of Clarkson’s Farm.

The sale occurs during episode six, titled Frazzling, which came out on June 10.

“The green Lambo (called this because Clarkson placed Lamborghini badges on the tractor), hadn’t turned a wheel in weeks, so I decided to sell it, which meant getting it valued by an agricultural auctioneer,” Clarkson said in the episode.

Another Clarkson modification includes a bespoke cab lift to provide better field views.

This tractor sat idle as Clarkson and his farming partner Kaleb Cooper have adopted autonomous equipment.

Oliver Godfrey, head of machinery sales at Cheffins, a British auction house, appraised the tractor in April 2025.

Godfrey estimated the tractor would sell for between £50,000 and £60,000 (US$66,000 and US$79,000).

The machine didn’t fetch the £80,000 (US$105,000) Clarkson originally paid for the tractor, with Clarkson acknowledging it could have been worse.

Clarkson’s Farm is available on Amazon Prime Video.

The synopsis for the episode featuring the tractor sale is as follows:

“Diddly Squat is basking in a sunny spell. There're baby animals aplenty, the high-tech crops are coming along nicely and there's a big night at the pub to look forward to. The only question is, when does a sunny spell become a drought?”
