Through this initiative, diners can enjoy prix-fixe menus crafted with U.S. agricultural products, which include everything from fresh produce to premium meats and dairy. This event brings the rich flavors of American agriculture into the heart of Cambodia’s culinary scene.

Chargé d’Affaires Bridgette Walker shared her enthusiasm for the event, stating, "U.S. Restaurant Week is an exciting event that celebrates the diversity and creativity of the culinary scene in Cambodia."
