Upgrades Focused on Performance Improvements, Dependability, Serviceability, and Precision

The Case IH RB566 round baler has been redesigned with a strong focus on serviceability, dependability, and efficiency, offering farmers a more advanced and reliable baling experience.

According to Brian Williams, livestock product specialist with Case IH, the latest improvements make baling faster, easier, and more precise than ever before.

A key enhancement lies in the roller system, now featuring a single one-piece design for both the fixed and stationary rollers.

This upgrade significantly increases longevity and reduces maintenance needs, allowing producers to bale more without frequent adjustments. The improved design boosts reliability, ensuring consistent performance across demanding field conditions.

The RB566 also features a built-in bale weight system, enabling operators to record bale weights on the move. The baler also features integrated telematics, allowing users to track bale locations, weight, and moisture content in real time.

This data-driven feature enhances operational awareness and helps producers make better field management decisions.

Another major advancement is the double roller system on the wind guard, designed to improve feeding efficiency, especially when working with heavier crops like corn stalks.

The dual rollers help press material down, feeding it evenly into the chamber and reducing clogging, which ultimately saves time and improves productivity.

Visually, the RB566 now sports a new red paint scheme, including a red frame, pickup, and tailgate, offering improved visibility of crop flow as it enters the machine.

In addition, all RB566 models are now ISO-compatible, allow them to connect easily to ISO-class tractors through a simple plug-and-play setup.

Border View Farms is a mid-sized family farm that sits on the Ohio-Michigan border. My name is Nathan. I make and edit all of the videos posted here. I farm with my dad, Mark and uncle, Phil. We also have a part-time employee, Brock. My dad started the farm in 1980. Since then we have grown the operation from just a couple hundred acres to over 3,000. Watch my 500th video for a history of our farm I filmed with my dad.

I started making these videos in the fall of 2019 as a way to help show what I do on a daily basis as a farmer. Agriculture is different from any other industry and I believe the more people that are showing their small piece of agriculture, helps to build our story. We face unique challenges and stressful situations but have some of the most rewarding payoffs in the end. I get to spend everyday doing what I love, raising my kids on the farm, and trying to push our farm to be better every year. I hope that I can address questions or concerns that you might have about farms and agriculture.

I hope you enjoy my content and ask questions as you have them. I do my best to answer anything I can. Thanks for watching!
