New modular planter lineup helps farmers improve planting efficiency
Massey Ferguson® has introduced its new N-Series Split and Narrow Row Planters, offering farmers a practical planting solution that blends advanced technology with simple operation. The new lineup was showcased at the 2026 Farm Progress Show and is designed to support a wide range of planting applications.
The N-Series are available in six configurations, including 23-15, 24-15, 31-15, 32-15, 24-20, and 24-22 models. These options allow farmers to select a planter that best fits their operational needs while maintaining flexibility for future growth.
One of the key features of the N-Series is the integration of Precision Planting® technology. Factory-installed systems help improve seed placement, maintain consistent planting depth, and encourage uniform crop emergence. These capabilities are intended to support crop establishments and help farmers make the most of every planting opportunity.

The N-Series also focuses on productivity in the field. Twin 45-bushel central seed tanks provide significant seed capacity, while optional liquid fertilizer capacity of up to 500 gallons helps support a variety of planting programs. An available in-cab weight transfer system further adds convenience to operators.
Serviceability was another priority during development. A spacious service platform, center walkway, organized hydraulic routing, protected hardlines, and convenient hose storage make routine maintenance easier. These features can help reduce downtime and keep equipment operating during critical planting periods.
