Given the location in combination with and a collective total of 620 acres up for sale on the doorstep of Manitoba’s fastest-growing city, lest we forget that the real upside is undoubtedly opening the gate to future development potential. Morden is one of the twin cities in Manitoba, along with its sister-city (Winkler, Manitoba) located just minutes away, both can be found at the epicenter of one of the most vibrant economic areas in Western Canada.
If you're looking for land with development potential, look no further than ‘Morden Powerplay’. Successful development is based on a track record of strong year-over-year growth combined with a positive local government that embraces progress. One only must view the proposed Morden Wastewater Treatment Plant to realize this is an area governed by elected officials who govern with open and positive minds. The Rural Municipality of Stanley has indicated they would view lot development favorably and all five Parcels have the potential for future development of acreage lots measuring two acres or more.
