‘St Paul Duet’ is a quarter section with a total of 155 acres selling as 2 Parcels located less than 18 miles from St Paul and Elk Point, Alberta. Parcel 1 forms the northern half of the quarter with a total of 75 acres and has an acreage out, and Parcel 2 forms the southern half of the quarter and totals 80 acres.
