These 3 quarters of farmland are located in the west-central County of Grande Prairie and are looking for new ownership. Situated in the very first County established in the Province of Alberta, ‘Triple Off Hwy 59’ is old-school, top-shelf farmland. The three-quarters straddle Highway 59 on both sides over a span of twenty miles through an area of third- and fourth-generation farms of largely English, Scandinavian, and Dutch heritage. The European settlers recognised good farmland when they first encountered it over a century ago.
Parcel 1 is comprised of 160 acres and is made up of two titles; two titles are better than one.
