‘Viking Three Stars’ is made up of three-quarters of prime farmland located just 3.5 miles south of Viking, Alberta, with one mile of frontage bordering major Veterans Memorial Highway 36. The cumulative total of 370 cultivated acres of Canada Land Inventory Class 2 soil will make your agronomist smile.
Highway 36 was named the Veterans Memorial Highway in 2005 in memory of those who have served. Bordering the highway to the west, ‘Viking Three Stars’ had already been producing for a century before that notable designation. As with most counties, land quality can vary significantly from Township to Township or even from section to section. Here, ‘Viking Three Stars’ sits at the front of the class. While Canada Land Inventory Class 4 soil lies just a few miles to both the east and west, ‘Viking Three Stars’ stands apart in a north-south band of prime Class 2 soil. Every acre, from corner to corner, is number 2 soil. The starting bids for ‘Viking Three Stars’ are set to let the market determine the final price.
Using CLHbid.com’s universal close, all 3 quarters will remain live until the end of the sale; buy one, two, or all three Parcels in the first round of bidding. Using CLHbid.com’s trademark ‘En Bloc’ in the second round, those bidders eligible for bidding in the ‘En Bloc’ round are assured of getting all three Parcels or none at all. Never come ten miles to buy and end up with just one quarter to farm.
At CLHbid.com, bidder names are never disclosed - not even to the Seller. You can bid from the privacy of your home or colony, while keeping your farm business private. At CLHlaw, all information technology is managed internally by the law firm.
