Canola Council announces 2025/26 board members and highlights an industry ‘rooted in resilience’ in 2024 annual report

At the Canola Council of Canada’s (CCC) annual general meeting held yesterday, president & CEO Chris Davison presented the 2024 annual report: Rooted in Resilience. Davison highlighted how the canola value chain worked together to accomplish and advance a number of efforts amid some challenging circumstances in 2024.
 
“Building resilience, by bringing the value chain together and leveraging our combined strengths is the priority of the Canola Council,” says Davison. “We have a great foundation on which to build, along with a track record of innovation across the value chain that will continue to unlock opportunities and keep us moving forward.”

  • Advocating for stable, open trade
  • Working to address market access for biofuels
  • Highlighting the need for supply chain reliability
  • Pursuing policies that keep the sector competitive
