Cow-Calf Workshop Scheduled For December 9th At Whitewater

The Extension Offices in Jefferson, Rock and Walworth County will be holding a cow-calf workshop at the Whitewater Innovation Center on December 9th.  Registration will begin at 5:15 pm followed with a meal at 5:30 and presentations at 6:00 pm.

Presentations will be:

• Retrofitting Retired Dairy Facilities for Beef Production by Dr. David Kammel, Biosystems Engineering, UW Madison
• Winter Cow Feeding Considerations by Bill Halfman, UW Extension Agent Monroe County

Folks that are already BQA certified can receive 1 Continueing Education Credit towards re-certification for attending.

Pre-Registration is strongly encouraged.
