Daugherty Farm Spends a Decade With the NRCS

By Conor Fay

Shaun Daugherty started farming in Bellevue, Tennessee in 2013. He farms on roughly seven acres of land known as S.E. Daugherty & Sons Farm. He lives in the area with his wife, their two sons, and two daughters. A former personal trainer, Shaun’s focus has always been on making healthy nutritional choices available to his community. He sells at a variety of locations throughout the city, including a farmstand, and an on-site mercantile located at the front of his farm known as Nourish Marketplace. Visitors are encouraged to engage with the farm directly, and adults and children of all ages can be found roaming the farm with baskets in hand, ready to pick fresh fruits and flowers to take back and enjoy.
