CNH Names New Chief Technology Officer

According to the company’s Form 8-K filed, Jay Shroeder, Chief Technology Officer, will retire from his position effective Jan 1, 2027.

He currently serves as Vice President, Precision Technology Product Management at the company, a role he has held since June 2025. During his more than 25-year career with the company, Shuman has held leadership roles across product management, quality, manufacturing, and global product development. 

He previously held the position of VP and general manager of Raven. During his time there, he oversaw significant growth in the business and scaled our electronics manufacturing site to meet those needs.
