Performance Brokerage Services announced Jan. 30, 2025, the sale of Patrick-Miller Tractor Company in Many and Natchitoches, Louisiana to Jon Bierbaum of MidSouth Tractor Company (representing Kubota) and MidSouth Forestry Equipment (representing Tigercat).

Patrick-Miller Tractor Company was established in 1953 and operated from two locations in Many and Natchitoches, Louisiana.

After the sale, Jason Fluitt shared, “I first met Pat Albero of Performance Brokerage Services and his team at Kubota Connect back in 2023. From the moment we connected, I knew they were the right group to represent our Kubota dealership in its sale. Their professionalism, industry knowledge, and commitment to understanding our goals set them apart immediately. Pat and his team proved to be an irreplaceable asset from day one. They guided us through every aspect of the transaction as if they were an extension of our family, handling everything from identifying the right buyer to navigating the complexities of negotiations and Kubota’s approval process. Their attention to detail and ability to manage the intricate steps of the deal allowed us to remain focused on running the business while they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transaction. What impressed me most was their dedication to maintaining confidentiality and protecting the legacy of Patrick-Miller Tractor Company. Pat understood how personal this decision was for me and my family and worked to find a buyer who not only met our financial expectations but also shared our values and vision for the dealership’s future. Thanks to Pat and his exceptional team at Performance Brokerage Services, the sale was completed seamlessly, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you’re considering the sale of your Kubota dealership, I wholeheartedly recommend Pat Albero and his team.”

The funds continued their selling in live and feeder cattle futures on continued fears that the Trump administration want to lower U.S. beef prices. The fundamentals have not changed, only market psychology has.
