VitalEdge Technologies Appoints Theresa Thomas as Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

CARY, N.C., June 30, 2026 — VitalEdge Technologies, a leading global provider of dealer management solutions for the heavy equipment industry, today announced the appointment of Theresa Thomas as Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, effective June 29.

Thomas brings more than two decades of experience building partner programs, channel strategies and high-performing teams that support business growth in the software space. In her new role, she will lead VitalEdge’s partnerships strategy, including technology alliances, ecosystem development, channel relationships and partner-led growth initiatives. She will work closely with VitalEdge’s product, sales, marketing and customer teams to expand a trusted partner ecosystem that helps equipment dealerships connect the critical technologies they rely on every day.
