Meet This Season’s Farm Hands Helping Hunger Task Force Grow Fresh, Culturally Responsive Produce

Spanning 208 acres in Franklin, Wisconsin, the Hunger Task Force Farm is a unique source of fresh produce and a vital resource for the community. Each growing season, Hunger Task Force hires talented Farm Hands who work alongside our full-time farm staff and volunteers to grow over half a million pounds of fruits and vegetables that are the primary source of fresh produce distributed through our food bank to our network of local pantries, meal programs and shelters across Milwaukee County.
