Pricing meat products is different than pricing other products you might see for example at a farmers market. To help you get through the process, there’s a new fact sheet, Pricing Meat Products: An Introduction. Kathy Bosse, a new venture specialist with Alberta Agriculture, says this fact sheet applies to any type of meat.
