By Abbey Canon

Thank you! Well done! AASV awards provide the opportunity to show appreciation to AASV members who have excelled in their roles within the swine veterinary profession. Now is the time to nominate deserving colleagues for recognition! Nominations are due December 10.

Here’s how:

New: Upload nominations letters (.doc or .pdf files) using the link at aasv.org/awards. Include the following information in the nomination letter: 1) The nominee’s name, 2) the name of the award, 3) a description of the characteristics that qualify the nominee to receive the award, and 4) the name of the person(s) making the nomination.

The following six awards will be presented at the 2026 AASV Annual Meeting in Las Vegas. The awards acknowledge the diverse ways in which members engage with and serve the profession. Previous award recipients are recognized at aasv.org/awards.
