Saskatchewan Cattle Prices Move Downward

 
Saskatchewan feeder cattle prices were moving down during the past week.
 
The latest weekly cattle market update from the Saskatchewan ministry of Agriculture says feeder steers prices in the heavier weight categories declined between one dollar 56 cents and 4 dollars 17 cents per hundredweight.
 
Feeder heifers were also lower, down from 7 dollars 46 cents and 11 dollars 66 cents per hundredweight.
 
The price of D1, D2 slaughter cows rose 87 cents to average 100 dollars 57 cents per hundredweight.
