ADM and Bunge included by Ethisphere as part of World’s Most Ethical Companies List

Two major agricultural companies, ADM and Bunge, have been named to the 2026 World’s Most Ethical Companies list by Ethisphere, a global authority on defining and advancing ethical business practices. The recognition places both companies among nine honorees in the Food, Beverage and Agriculture category, highlighting their commitment to strong governance, transparency, and responsible operations.

Bunge earned a place on the list for the first time, marking a significant milestone during a period of extensive organizational transformation. Company leadership emphasized that the recognition reflects global efforts to strengthen ethics and compliance systems across operations.

"Being named a World's Most Ethical Companies honoree reflects the work our teams around the world have done to strengthen our ethics and compliance culture across Bunge, in a year of immense transformation," said Lisa Ware-Alexander, VP, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at Bunge. "Strong governance and ethical business practices aren't optional for us.

"They are part of our core value of 'We Do What's Right' and are essential to how we pursue our purpose of connecting farmers to consumers to deliver food, feed, and fuel to the world. We appreciate how our board and leadership have set the tone at the top to guide our collective action, and we'll continue to uphold these values in markets where we operate."

Ethisphere leadership congratulated Bunge on its first inclusion, noting that honorees continue to raise the bar for business integrity by embedding ethics into daily operations and long term strategy. According to Ethisphere, companies with strong ethics, compliance, and governance programs are positioned for stronger long term performance.

ADM
ADM also earned recognition in 2026, continuing a streak that has placed the company on the list every year since 2020. The consistent acknowledgment reflects ADM’s ongoing focus on building and maintaining an ethical culture throughout its global operations.

ADM leadership stated that employees around the world work each day to unlock the power of nature while operating with honesty and integrity. "Each day, our colleagues around the world work to unlock the power of nature to enrich the quality of life with honesty and integrity," said ADM Chair of the Board and CEO Juan Luciano.

"This recognition is a reflection of our team's commitment to doing what's right and strengthening our culture year after year. We remain focused on transparency, accountability and continually improving the way we operate to serve our stakeholders and communities."

Ethisphere evaluates companies through its proprietary, data driven assessment process, which measures performance across eight pillars of an ethical culture. These include ethics and compliance, governance, social and environmental impact, and corporate culture, supported by analysis of more than 240 data points related to ethics, compliance, social responsibility, and governance.

For the agriculture sector, the recognition of both ADM and Bunge underscores continued trust across the global food system.
