Union Forage, known for its dealer-focused business model since 2014, complements Millborn's brand, Renovo Seed, enabling an expanded reach into the Canadian market.

The acquisition, finalized on March 6, 2024, means Canadian customers will gain access to a broader portfolio, including Renovo's pre-built seed mixes and Union Forage's existing lineup.
