Aumann Auctions, Inc. of Nokomis, Illinois, has announced the record-breaking sale of an antique tractor for US$1.47 million (CDN$1.9 million).

The tractor is a 1913 Case 30-60, of which there are purported to be only five still in existence.

Excluding this tractor—sold to the winner in the northeastern US—the other four 1913 Case 30-60 tractors are in private collections or museums.

The company recently sold a 1913 Case 30-60 for $1.47 million dollars.

The previous record had been US$535,000 (~CDN$692,000) for a 1910 Marshall Colonial Classic C Tractor, sold by Aumann Auctions in 2019.
