‘N’ Series Offers Compact and Versatile Design

The Salford 56N Series cover crop seeder offers reliable and efficient performance across both Salford HALO platforms and competitive high-speed, close-coupled discs.

Keith Belt, territory manager with Salford, shared details with Farms.com about this unique product, noting its compact design and adaptability.

The narrow build allows the 56N Series to fit a wide range of platforms in the industry, making it a good option for farmers using various equipment types.

One standout feature is its two-roller system, which enables half-width section control. This helps improve seeding accuracy and input efficiency.

The seeder is also ISOBUS compatible, allowing it to integrate seamlessly with the Mueller controller for precision operation.

Operating off a single hydraulic outlet, the 56N Series offers a user-friendly setup. Its flexibility in size means it can be configured to match equipment widths ranging from 20 feet to 40 feet or more, including high-speed and close-coupled discs.

This equipment is ideal for farmers looking to implement cover crops, apply micronutrients, or manage insect and pest control efficiently.

By using the 56N Series, producers can improve soil health, reduce erosion, and support long-term productivity in their fields.

Salford encourages producers to connect with their local dealers to explore whether this solution fits their needs.

Belt provides an overview of the 56N Series in the video below.
