‘The Big Three’ can be found bordering the south side of paved Highway 18, just a half-mile east of Green Court, Alberta. PARCEL 1 is comprised of two quarters: NW & SW-12-58-9-W5. The most northerly 65 acres of the northwest is in hay, with the remaining half under cultivation; Parcel 1 offers 283 acres, boasting all but a fraction as cultivated acres. PARCEL 2 is across the undeveloped road allowance to the west and offers 132 acres. Like Parcel 1, the majority of Parcel 2 is comprised of arable acres with more acres available to be brought under cultivation.

Grain farmers are aware of how crops such as canola and peas can be sensitive to excessive moisture (as noted during the 2020 crop year), and the excellent drainage on Parcels 1 and 2 will ease those concerns: in 2020, ‘The Big Three’ fared better than other land that was also inundated with the rains.
