Located in the heart of agricultural land and recreational opportunities, you will discover ‘The Artland 3’. This rare find is located 40 miles east of Wainwright, Alberta, or 40 miles south of Lloydminster, SK/AB, and mere minutes from the Village of Marsden, Saskatchewan.
