Ag Outlook Conference Adds Second Day

Mississippi State University’s annual agricultural outlook conference is expanding to two days starting in 2026.

The MSU Extension Service and MSU Department of Agricultural Economics will host the 2026 Mississippi Agricultural Outlook Conference Jan. 12-13, 2026, at The Mill at MSU.

Producers and farm managers who attend the conference’s first day will focus on providing educational materials and learning opportunities for those interested in improving their farm management and planning skills. Topics include farm financial statements, enterprise budgets and budget generator tools, recordkeeping tools, marketing, landlord-tenant relationships and estate planning and farm succession.
