This weekend is Alberta Open Farm Days, where Albertans can visit various farms, ranches, and local food operations. One of the participating businesses is Premium Sausage at Seven Persons, south Medicine Hat. I had a chance to speak with co-owner Debbie Penner about the operation and why she wanted to participate in Open Farm Days.
