Canadian dairy goat industry challenges and opportunities

There is good news for goat farmers.  The popularity of goat milk is steadily rising in North America. Since 2016, it has risen from a market value of US $9.34 billion to $13.06 billion and is expected to be $21.07 billion by 2023.

Ramping up production has it challenges though. Labour requirements being just one of the challenges encountered. Haley Bilokraly gives a picture of both challenges and opportunities of operating a dairy goat operation in Canada.
