Brandt to Acquire New Zealand's Wairarapa Machinery Services

The Brandt Group of Companies announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of Wairarapa Machinery Services, Masterton, New Zealand.

According to Brandt, Wairarapa Machinery has provided new and used farm and lawn care equipment since 1983. The acquisition will bring New Zealand’s North Island under one dealer brand, the company says, adding Wairarapa Machinery will continue with its same staff.

“Combining all of the Deere dealerships on the North Island under one banner is going to result in more comprehensive support for New Zealand farmers and contractors, now and in the future,” says Shaun Semple, CEO of Brandt.” We’re ready to roll up our sleeves and earn the loyalty of Wairarapa’s customers through a combination of premium products and services and a consistent, high-quality customer support experience.”
