Dealer News: AGCO Dealership Forms Three Nebraska Dealers

AGCO Corp. announced that a new dealership group — True Ag & Turf — is joining its dealership network after reaching an agreement in principle to acquire 3 Nebraska AGCO dealers: Manzer Equipment, Osmond, Neb.; Merz Farm Equipment, Falls City, Neb.; and West Point Implement of Columbus, Columbus, Neb. The acquisition is expected to be effective in early July 2023, AGCO says, adding that the new dealership group will provide expanded sales and services at all its locations for AGCO’s full lineup of brands and equipment, including Fendt and its Rogator application products as well as Massey Ferguson.

Each of the dealers that True Ag is acquiring will keep their local management and staff for what AGCO calls “seamless continuity of sales and services to customers.” Nathan Wisehart, CEO for True Ag & Turf, says, “True Ag will be focused on expanding sales and services in the area by building on the histories and hard work of our predecessors.”
