Kubota Canada Introduces the All New BX80-Series

Kubota Canada Ltd. (KCL) has redefined the sub-compact tractor market with its introduction of the BX80 series of sub-compact diesel tractors. There are four new models: the BX1880, the BX2380, the BX2680 and the BX23S. The latter leads the sub-compact tractor class with a standard front loader and backhoe. Combining Kubota reliability and power with unmatched versatility and an intuitive, easy-to-operate design, the BX80 series is ideal for Canadian residential property owners.

"We are proud, once again, to bring Kubota innovation to thousands of Canadians who seek user-friendly products that are comfortable, powerful and energy efficient, whether it be for mowing, landscaping or blowing snow" says Carl Heinlein, General Manager Sales and Marketing at Kubota Canada. "Kubota is the leader in the sub-compact industry. We pioneered the segment in 2000 with the introduction of our original BX series and the latest iteration is our best yet."

The BX80 series delivers top-of-class power and fuel efficiency, comfort and unmatched ergonomics in configurations that are suitable for any job. Customize your Kubota with a mid-mount mower deck, an operator-friendly front loader, a front or rear-mounted snow blower and a full line of industry-leading implements, including the range from Land Pride.

Easy-to-install attachments transform the BX80 into one versatile machine

The new BX80 series makes it easier than ever to switch attachments and implements. The LA344 Swift-Tach loader, offered for the BX1880, the BX2380 and the BX2680, as well as the LA340 Swift-Tach loader, offered for the BX23S, can be attached and removed from the driver's seat.

"At Kubota, we do everything we can to make things easy for you and the BX80 is a prime example of that" says Product Specialist Sean Adams. "Operators can use the single lever hydraulic disconnect on the LA340 and LA344 Swift-Tach Loader to disconnect all four hydraulic lines simultaneously. The Kubota Swift-Tach Loader's no-spill flat-faced hydraulic coupler keeps garages, sheds, hands and clothes free of fluid drips. These flat-faced couplers are also featured on the front K-connect hitch and the Swift-Connect backhoe. Currently there are 5 mower decks available for BX80 tractor; the Standard Tunnel deck in 48, 54, 60 inches and the Easy-Over drive over mower deck in 54 and 60 inches. Also, newly available to the BX23S is the Easy Over deck with its fast latching system."

Comfort, simplicity and easy storage

The hardworking BX80 series of tractors builds on Kubota's industry leading ergonomic designs and intuitive operator controls. Easy-to-read, backlit dash displays keep you informed and a 12-volt charging port for items such as a cell phone, to keep you connected. An improved driver's seat and a tilt steering wheel provide additional comfort. A new design for the distinctive BX series front grill guard protects the front end while matching the contours of the pleasing tractor design. The full-forward opening hood offers easy service access to the top-of-class Kubota diesel engine, which requires less maintenance than gasoline engines.
